2. The service

SPSV.IO is an online tool for recording and reviewing your business income and expenses. It is designed for taxi drivers and other self-employed people in Ireland. The service helps you keep organised records; it does not prepare or submit tax returns and does not provide financial, tax or accounting advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SPSV.IO.

4. Subscriptions and payment

SPSV.IO is offered on a subscription basis: €5 per month or €50 per year. Prices include VAT.
Payment is taken through our payment provider at the start of each billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.
We may change our prices in future; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice before your next renewal.

5. Free trial

We offer a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying. Unless you cancel, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial and payment will be taken.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose;

7. Your records

The records you enter belong to you. We store them so you can access them through the service, and you can export them at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We recommend keeping your own copies of important records.

8. No tax or financial advice

SPSV.IO is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide tax, legal, financial or accounting advice, and it does not file returns with Revenue or any other authority. You remain fully responsible for your own tax affairs and for meeting your reporting obligations. For advice on your specific situation, please consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser.

9. Liability

We work hard to provide a reliable service, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from any errors in the records you enter. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
